Our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, and all sales are final. However, we recognize that mistakes can happen. Returns or replacements will be accepted only in cases of fulfillment errors, such as receiving incorrect items or if any items are missing from your order.
Please be aware that damages caused by neglect, improper use, or incorrect application are not covered by our returns policy.

Refund and Cancellation
In the case of a fulfillment error, we will process your refund request, and you can expect to receive the funds within 10-15 business days.
